1. معالجة الطلبات

تتم معالجة جميع الطلبات فور تأكيد الدفع والتحقق من الطلب.

  • تتم معالجة الطلبات القياسية بشكل عام في غضون 2-3 أيام عمل

  • قد تتطلب الطلبات المخصصة أو طلبات OEM أو طلبات الإنتاج بالجملة وقتًا إضافيًا للاستلام حسب المواصفات والكمية

  • سيتم إبلاغ العملاء بالجداول الزمنية المقدرة للإنتاج والإرسال أثناء تأكيد الطلب

تتم معالجة الطلبات خلال أيام العمل العادية، باستثناء عطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية.

3. طرق الشحن

نحن نعمل مع شركاء موثوقين عالميين في مجال البريد السريع والشحن لضمان التسليم الآمن.

قد تتضمن خيارات الشحن ما يلي:

  • خدمات البريد السريع (مثل DHL وFedEx وUPS وTNT)

  • الشحن الجوي

  • الشحن البحري (للطلبات الكبيرة أو بالجملة)

يتم اختيار طريقة الشحن بناءً على تفضيل العميل وحجم الطلب والوجهة ودرجة الإلحاح.

4. الأطر الزمنية للتسليم

تختلف أوقات التسليم المقدرة حسب الوجهة والتخليص الجمركي وطريقة الشحن.

تقديرات التسليم النموذجية:

  • أوروبا: 3-10 أيام عمل

  • الشحن الدولي السريع: 5-12 يوم عمل

  • شحنات الشحن: بناءً على الوجهة والترتيبات اللوجستية

يرجى ملاحظة أن هذه تقديرات لجداول التسليم وقد تختلف بسبب الإجراءات الجمركية أو الظروف الجوية أو تأخيرات شركات النقل.

5. رسوم الشحن

يتم احتساب تكاليف الشحن بناءً على:

  • وزن وأبعاد الطرد

  • البلد الوجهة

  • طريقة الشحن المختارة

  • كمية وقيمة الطلب

سيتم إبلاغك برسوم الشحن وتأكيدها قبل المعالجة النهائية للطلب.

6. الجمارك والرسوم والضرائب

بالنسبة للشحنات الدولية، يتحمل العملاء مسؤولية ما يلي:

  • رسوم الاستيراد

  • رسوم التخليص الجمركي

  • الضرائب المحلية أو ضريبة القيمة المضافة

  • متطلبات الاستيراد التنظيمية في بلد الوجهة

Sheroski Sverige AB ليست مسؤولة عن التأخيرات التي تسببها السلطات الجمركية.

7. تتبع الطلب

بمجرد إرسال الطلب، سيتلقى العملاء تأكيد الشحن ومعلومات التتبع (حيثما ينطبق ذلك) لمراقبة تقدم التسليم.

8. معايير التعبئة والتغليف

نحن نولي عناية خاصة لتغليف جميع المنتجات لضمان الحماية أثناء النقل.

9. تأخيرات الشحن

بينما نسعى جاهدين للوفاء بتقديرات جداول التسليم، فإن Sheroski Sverige AB ليست مسؤولة عن التأخيرات الناجمة عن:

  • عمليات التفتيش الجمركي أو إجراءات التخليص

  • اضطرابات شركات البريد السريع أو المشكلات التشغيلية

  • أحداث القوة القاهرة، بما في ذلك الكوارث الطبيعية أو الإضرابات أو الاضطرابات السياسية

  • معلومات الشحن غير الصحيحة التي يقدمها العميل

10. الشحنات التالفة أو المفقودة

إذا وصلت شحنتك تالفة أو بدت مفقودة:

  1. اتصل بنا فور الاستلام أو تأخير التسليم

  2. قدم صورًا للتغليف أو المنتجات التالفة (إن أمكن)

  3. شارك رقم طلبك وتفاصيل الشحنة

سنعمل عن كثب مع مزود الشحن لحل المشكلة بأكبر قدر ممكن من الكفاءة.

11. معلومات الشحن غير الصحيحة

العملاء مسؤولون عن تقديم تفاصيل شحن كاملة ودقيقة.

لن تتحمل Sheroski Sverige AB المسؤولية عن مشكلات التسليم الناتجة عن معلومات الشحن غير الكاملة أو غير الصحيحة المقدمة وقت الطلب.

FROM IDEA TO PUBLICATION

How a collaboration starts

A typical timeline from first email to study kick-off is 4–8 weeks.

Initial outreach

Email info@sheroski.se with a brief project outline (1–2 pages): research question, hypothesis, methodology, dental/surgical instruments needed, timeline, requested support.

30-minute call

We’ll respond within 48 hours and book a video call with our clinical advisory contact. This is where we test scientific fit and resource fit.

Letter of intent

If we're aligned, we issue a non-binding LOI specifying instruments to be supplied, partial funding, IP ownership, publication terms, and timeline.

Formal agreement

Standard research-collaboration agreement. Independent ethics / IRB approval is the institution's responsibility; we provide documentation needed for submission.

Study kick-off

Instruments and prototype variants are shipped at our cost. Our clinical advisory contact is available for engineering questions throughout the study.

Publication & dissemination

Findings are owned by the investigating team. We are acknowledged where appropriate. We'll proudly share the publication and translate it for clinical and surgical audiences.
