في Sheroski Sverige AB، رضا العملاء وجودة المنتجات هما أهم أولوياتنا. نسعى جاهدين لضمان أن جميع الأدوات السنية والجراحية الموردة تلبي أعلى معايير الدقة والموثوقية. تحدد سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد هذه الشروط والأحكام المتعلقة بإرجاع المنتجات واستبدالها واسترداد ثمنها.

1. الأهلية للإرجاع

يمكن للعملاء طلب الإرجاع في الظروف التالية:

  • المنتج المستلم معيب أو تالف عند الوصول

  • تم تسليم سلع غير صحيحة

  • المنتج به عيب تصنيع مؤكد

  • الطلب المستلم لا يتطابق مع المواصفات المؤكدة

للتأهل للإرجاع، يجب أن تكون المنتجات:

  • غير مستخدمة وفي حالتها الأصلية (ما لم تكن معيبة)

  • معادة في التعبئة والتغليف الأصلية حيثما أمكن

  • تتضمن إثبات الشراء (فاتورة أو تأكيد الطلب)

  • تم الإبلاغ عنها خلال فترة الإرجاع المطبقة

2. الجدول الزمني لطلب الإرجاع

يجب على العملاء إخطار Sheroski Sverige AB بأي مشكلة:

  • في غضون 7 أيام من استلام الطلب للسلع التالفة أو غير الصحيحة أو المفقودة

  • في غضون 14 يومًا لعيوب التصنيع المكتشفة أثناء الفحص الأولي أو الاستخدام المقصود

قد لا تكون المطالبات المقدمة بعد الفترة المحددة مؤهلة للموافقة.

3. السلع غير القابلة للإرجاع

لأسباب تتعلق بالنظافة والسلامة والتخصيص، تكون السلع التالية بشكل عام غير قابلة للإرجاع وغير قابلة للاسترداد:

  • الأدوات السنية أو الجراحية المستعملة

  • المنتجات المعقمة أو المعدلة

  • المنتجات المخصصة أو منتجات OEM/العلامة التجارية الخاصة

  • المنتجات التالفة بسبب سوء الاستخدام، التعقيم غير السليم، أو الإهمال

  • سلع التصفية أو الطلبات الخاصة (ما لم تكن معيبة)

4. عملية ترخيص الإرجاع

قبل إرجاع أي منتج، يجب على العملاء الاتصال بفريق الدعم لدينا للحصول على ترخيص.

يرجى تقديم:

  • رقم الطلب أو نسخة الفاتورة

  • تفاصيل المنتج

  • وصف للمشكلة

  • صور أو مقاطع فيديو واضحة (إذا كانت قابلة للتطبيق)

قد لا يتم قبول الإرجاع غير المصرح به.

5. الفحص والموافقة

تخضع جميع المنتجات المرتجعة للفحص من قبل فريق ضمان الجودة لدينا.

بمجرد المراجعة، سنقوم بإخطار العميل بخصوص:

  • الموافقة على الاستبدال

  • أهلية الإصلاح (حيثما ينطبق)

  • الموافقة على الاسترداد أو الرفض

تحتفظ Sheroski Sverige AB بالحق في رفض المرتجعات التي لا تفي بمتطلبات السياسة.

6. سياسة الاسترداد

سيتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة الموافق عليها وفقًا للشروط التالية:

  • يتم إصدار المبالغ المستردة فقط بعد الفحص والموافقة

  • رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد بشكل عام ما لم يكن الخطأ ناتجًا عن Orange Instrument

  • سيتم الاسترداد عن طريق طريقة الدفع الأصلية ما لم يتم الاتفاق على خلاف ذلك

قد تختلف أوقات معالجة الاسترداد اعتمادًا على مزودي الدفع والمؤسسات المصرفية.

7. الاستبدال

حيثما ينطبق، قد تقدم Sheroski Sverige AB منتجًا بديلاً بدلاً من استرداد المبلغ عن:

  • عيوب التصنيع

  • الشحنات غير الصحيحة

  • الأضرار المتعلقة بالنقل (يتم التحقق منها عند التسليم)

8. مسؤولية الشحن

  • إذا كان الإرجاع بسبب خطأ من Sheroski Sverige AB، فقد نغطي تكاليف شحن الإرجاع.

  • بالنسبة للمرتجعات المعتمدة غير المعيبة، تكون تكاليف الشحن على مسؤولية العميل ما لم يتم الاتفاق على خلاف ذلك.

9. الشحنات التالفة

إذا وصلت المنتجات تالفة بشكل واضح:

  1. قم بفحص الشحنة عند التسليم

  2. أبلغ عن المشكلة فورًا

  3. شارك صورًا للتغليف والمنتج التالف

FROM IDEA TO PUBLICATION

How a collaboration starts

A typical timeline from first email to study kick-off is 4–8 weeks.

Initial outreach

Email info@sheroski.se with a brief project outline (1–2 pages): research question, hypothesis, methodology, dental/surgical instruments needed, timeline, requested support.

30-minute call

We’ll respond within 48 hours and book a video call with our clinical advisory contact. This is where we test scientific fit and resource fit.

Letter of intent

If we're aligned, we issue a non-binding LOI specifying instruments to be supplied, partial funding, IP ownership, publication terms, and timeline.

Formal agreement

Standard research-collaboration agreement. Independent ethics / IRB approval is the institution's responsibility; we provide documentation needed for submission.

Study kick-off

Instruments and prototype variants are shipped at our cost. Our clinical advisory contact is available for engineering questions throughout the study.

6

Publication & dissemination

Findings are owned by the investigating team. We are acknowledged where appropriate. We'll proudly share the publication and translate it for clinical and surgical audiences.
